Westerdale - Watercolour, 18 cm x 26 cm

 

The hamlet of Westerdale, in Caithness. It's a quiet place now, but I think it must have been busier in the past. The nearby building used to be a post office, and there was a church, a water-mill and I think maybe a shop.
